Branding your aircraft

Give your aircraft a new look with the TDA Design livery design service. Whether you want to celebrate a big milestone in your airline’s history or give your existing livery an scheme an update, we can provide you with a design that fits your branding and vision.

Working together with you, we will create an original and impressive design concept that fully delivers your brief. Once everything is to your satisfaction, we will start developing the blueprints, provide supervision with the painting process and see the project safely to completion.

The two ways

How to decorate an aircraft

Aircraft painting

Before painting, the entire aircraft will be stripped of its original coating. After that is done, the paint shop applies the livery in multiple layers. Finally, a protective layer is applied to the aircraft which ensures the livery will last between five to ten years with minimal revisions.

aircraft wrapping

Wrapping an aircraft is advised when only a small surface of the fuselage needs artwork. It’s also the ideal solution for a temporary occasion such as wet leases or marketing campaigns. Although wrapping doesn’t last as long as a full respray, it is often much cheaper than repainting, and it’s easy to remove.

DESIGN PROCESS

The design process starts by discussing the requirements and wishes of a client. We create the first conceptual drawings during this phase and once these are approved, we will start working on the final design schemes of the livery for the paint booth or vinyl applicator.

Adaptable on various aircraft

As the new livery will be the aircraft’s look for the upcoming years, we make sure it’s future-proof. We take multiple aircraft types into account during the design process, so it’s easy to renew your entire fleet with a brand new design.

Supervison

When the aircraft is ready to be painted, along with the chosen paint shop, we supervise the entire paint process to make sure the job is done to complete satisfaction, with a picture-perfect aircraft as a result.

LIVERY DESIGN

SPECIAL LIVERY

A special livery is a great marketing tool to promote your brand and proudly show off its nation and heritage. It is also the best business card an airline can wish for: a flying one. So make use of any special occasion by creating an eye-catching livery that grabs everyone’s attention where ever it flies.

"billboard livery" for marketing purposes

Vinyl on an aircraft is advised when only a small surface of the fuselage needs artwork. But a full deco in vinyl is not unheard of. In the end, it’s the ideal solution for short-term situations, such as wet leases, marketing campaigns, world tours and merchandising.  Although vinyl doesn’t last as long as a full respray, it is often much cheaper than repainting, and it’s easy to remove.
